Cheyne Place

MAP Projects developed 25 Cheyne Place in old Chelsea, leading the project with its co-investors and partners across its entire life from acquisition, planning and finance structuring through design and build procurement, construction management and operational set-up , replacing the existing building with a new high-end residential building, completed in 2024 and fully occupied within two months.

The building comprises six floors of 3000 sqft duplexes, each designed to extend outdoors with views to front and rear. Ceiling heights above three metres and bespoke joinery throughout set the standard of the accommodation, while the facade and garden were detailed for the building to sit naturally within the surrounding conservation area.

Throughout the project, MAP assembled and led the multidisciplinary team, aligning design, cost and programme with the investment objectives agreed with its partners, and carried that oversight through to completion, occupation and the building’s ongoing operation.
