Client representation & development coordination
MAP Projects acted as client representative for the redevelopment, coordinating a multidisciplinary consultant team through planning and design to replace a 1960s office building with a six-storey Grade A commercial scheme in the Mayfair Conservation Area.
Working closely with the client, MAP Projects served as the central point of coordination across the wider project team and specialist consultants, keeping design, planning, heritage, technical and commercial workstreams aligned throughout. This involved managing the interface between disciplines, balancing planning, design, programme and commercial priorities, while providing informed oversight of the design process, coordinating technical input, and supporting strategic decision-making in line with the client’s long-term development objectives.
